AllezAllez.cc provides a personal cycling coaching service delivered via Signal and WhatsApp messaging. The service includes personalized training plans, performance analysis, and coaching conversations powered by artificial intelligence.

2. Beta Program & Waiting List

• AllezAllez is currently in beta. The service is provided "as-is" during this period.
• Joining the waiting list does not guarantee access to the service.
• Users are manually selected from the waiting list based on profile fit.
• Beta users receive free access; pricing will be introduced after the beta period.

3. Medical Disclaimer

AllezAllez is NOT a medical service. The AI coach provides general fitness and training guidance only. It is not a substitute for professional medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment.

• Always consult a qualified healthcare professional before starting any exercise program.
• Stop exercising and seek medical attention if you experience pain, dizziness, or other symptoms.
• Injury-related advice from AllezAllez is general guidance only — always consult a doctor or physiotherapist for medical concerns.

4. AI Coaching Disclaimer

AllezAllez uses artificial intelligence to generate coaching advice. While we strive for accuracy:

• AI-generated advice may not always be optimal for your specific situation.
• Training plans are suggestions, not prescriptions.
• You are responsible for your own safety and well-being during exercise.
• The AI may occasionally produce inaccurate or irrelevant responses.

5. User Responsibilities

• Provide accurate information in your profile and sign-up form.
• Use the service for personal, non-commercial purposes only.
• Do not abuse, spam, or attempt to manipulate the AI coach.
• Do not share your coaching conversations publicly without permission.

6. Data & Privacy

Your use of AllezAllez is subject to our Privacy Policy. By signing up, you consent to the collection and processing of your data as described therein.

7. Strava Integration

If you connect your Strava account:

• We access your activity data through Strava's official API with your explicit authorization.
• We store only aggregated metrics — no GPS data.
• You can disconnect Strava at any time.

8. Limitation of Liability

AllezAllez is provided "as-is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for:

• Injuries sustained during training
• Inaccurate AI-generated advice
• Service interruptions or data loss
• Any damages arising from use of the service

9. Termination

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend access to the service at any time, with or without cause. You may stop using the service at any time by requesting deletion of your data.

10. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the service constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

AllezAllez.cc biedt een persoonlijke fietscoaching service via Signal en WhatsApp. De dienst omvat gepersonaliseerde trainingsplannen, prestatie-analyse en coachingsgesprekken aangedreven door kunstmatige intelligentie.

2. Beta programma & Wachtlijst

• AllezAllez bevindt zich momenteel in beta. De dienst wordt "as-is" aangeboden gedurende deze periode.
• Aanmelding voor de wachtlijst garandeert geen toegang tot de dienst.
• Gebruikers worden handmatig geselecteerd van de wachtlijst op basis van profielpassing.
• Beta-gebruikers ontvangen gratis toegang; prijzen worden na de beta-periode geïntroduceerd.

3. Medische disclaimer

AllezAllez is GEEN medische dienst. De AI coach biedt uitsluitend algemene fitness- en trainingsbegeleiding. Het is geen vervanging voor professioneel medisch advies, diagnose of behandeling.

• Raadpleeg altijd een gekwalificeerde zorgprofessional voordat u met een trainingsprogramma begint.
• Stop met sporten en zoek medische hulp bij pijn, duizeligheid of andere symptomen.
• Blessure-gerelateerd advies van AllezAllez is uitsluitend algemene begeleiding — raadpleeg altijd een arts of fysiotherapeut voor medische klachten.

4. AI Coaching disclaimer

AllezAllez maakt gebruik van kunstmatige intelligentie om coachingadvies te genereren. Hoewel wij streven naar nauwkeurigheid:

• AI-gegenereerd advies is mogelijk niet altijd optimaal voor uw specifieke situatie.
• Trainingsplannen zijn suggesties, geen voorschriften.
• U bent zelf verantwoordelijk voor uw veiligheid en welzijn tijdens het sporten.
• De AI kan af en toe onnauwkeurige of irrelevante reacties produceren.

5. Verantwoordelijkheden van de gebruiker

• Verstrek nauwkeurige informatie in uw profiel en aanmeldformulier.
• Gebruik de dienst uitsluitend voor persoonlijke, niet-commerciële doeleinden.
• Misbruik, spam of manipuleer de AI coach niet.
• Deel uw coachingsgesprekken niet publiekelijk zonder toestemming.

6. Gegevens & Privacy

Uw gebruik van AllezAllez is onderworpen aan ons Privacybeleid. Door u aan te melden, stemt u in met de verzameling en verwerking van uw gegevens zoals daarin beschreven.

7. Strava integratie

Als u uw Strava-account koppelt:

• Wij hebben toegang tot uw activiteitsgegevens via Strava's officiële API met uw expliciete toestemming.
• Wij slaan alleen geaggregeerde metrics op — geen GPS-data.
• U kunt Strava op elk moment ontkoppelen.

8. Beperking van aansprakelijkheid

AllezAllez wordt "as-is" aangeboden zonder enige garantie. Wij zijn niet aansprakelijk voor:

• Blessures opgelopen tijdens training
• Onnauwkeurig AI-gegenereerd advies
• Onderbrekingen van de dienst of dataverlies
• Enige schade voortvloeiend uit het gebruik van de dienst

9. Beëindiging

Wij behouden ons het recht voor om toegang tot de dienst op elk moment te beëindigen of op te schorten. U kunt op elk moment stoppen door verwijdering van uw gegevens aan te vragen.

10. Wijzigingen in voorwaarden

Wij kunnen deze voorwaarden van tijd tot tijd bijwerken. Voortgezet gebruik van de dienst houdt aanvaarding van de bijgewerkte voorwaarden in.
